Jason and Taylor’s celebration was just like them – adventurous, romantic, and intimate.
We recently had the pleasure of capturing Taylor and Jason’s destination wedding at Starling Lane Vineyard in Victoria, BC. We still can’t get over how magical it was! Cont’d after gallery.

Jason and Taylor’s celebration was just like them – adventurous, romantic, and intimate.
Festivities started at the iconic Empress Fairmont in Victoria, where they both got ready for their big day. Their ‘official’ first look took place in the rooftop herb garden, which provided a beautiful backdrop to their romantic moment. However, their ‘accidental’ first look may have been even sweeter, as Taylor waved to Jason from her hotel room window while he waited for her.
After falling in love with the dreamy greenhouse online, Taylor knew that Starling Lane Vineyard was the perfect location for her wedding. The ceremony took place in the fragrant rose gardens, with 33 of their closest companions in attendance.
Barb, from French Kiss Events, pulled out all the stops, decorating the greenhouse for their reception dinner with lavish all-white blooms, soft neutral linens, and gold accents. Toque Catering curated a delectable 6-course tasting menu and wine pairing. The combination of flavors, stunning surroundings and high emotion made for an incredibly special celebration (and images).
The day after the wedding we went on a hike with Jason and Taylor to capture a post-wedding session with the newlyweds. An adventurous and romantic end to their wedding weekend and an exciting beginning to a brand-new chapter in their lives.
