Fordoun Wedding in the Natal Midlands

We never get tired of photographing weddings in the Midlands. The calming effect of the rolling green hills is like medicine to an urban dweller’s heart. Grant and Tracy officially became Mr and Mrs Rex in the chapel at Michaelhouse, where Grant spent many of his schoolboy years.

It was pretty spectacular (and special) photographing Grant and Tracy around the Michaelhouse grounds, adding yet another memory to the school’s historic fabric. If these walls could talk!

Nuptials were followed by canapés and live music on the lawn and a festive evening at Fordoun. One of the high moments of the night was when the band’s sax player spontaneously decided to play along to DJ Ultra Mel’s set. Tracy and Grant joined him in the middle of the dance floor, surrounded by a wild dancing circle of friends.
