I’m Gonna Be, Sleeping at Last
Greg and Simone got married out of town at The Stone Cellar, situated in the Heidelberg farmlands, in an old milking parlour, which has been converted into a country-style chapel, complete with handmade wooden benches and crystal chandeliers. Their reception was held in the foundations of what used to be the old farm house. It was simply and beautifully decorated in lush greens, with elements of copper shining through. Their “tattoo station” was our best – such a fun idea.
One of our favourite moments during the day (of which there were many) was when Greg finished his speech, took Simone’s hand and led her out for a surprise dance. Suddenly all the guys gathered around them in a circle and began dancing and singing along to “I’m Gonna Be”. Needless to say, it was a very emotional moment. (Scroll down for the full sequence.)
It was such a privilege to witness and “freeze” the meaningful and true interactions this beautiful couple shared with family and friends, and most importantly with each other.
